One of the things I really like about the oakley juliets is the outstanding customer service that you get with them. They are not only one of the best sunglasses I’ve ever had, but also the easiest ones to maintain, thanks to Oakley’s personnel. My Pro M’s fell out of my car window one time while I was turning (I had them on the dash) and they got ran over by a Ford Explorer. The lenses popped out, one of the temples broke just under the earsock where its pretty thin. They were pretty scratched up, but considering they got ran over and only the thin part broke I’d say thats pretty good. I sent them back and got a new pair back less than a week late. That’s what I call really good service.
