Most large interior design shows are open for those in the interior design industry.  These shows feature booths of vendors who want to display their latest decorating props to interior designers.  The vendors at an interior design show usually consist of those in the building industry as well as fabric wholesalers and others who create fixtures and products that are used by designers.  An interior design show is usually reserved for those who are in the business or may be enrolled in interior design college.  In most cases, however, you can get into an interior design show if you know when the show is going to be held and ask for permission to attend.  Although these shows are often not advertised to the public, they are generally not off limits for anyone who truly wants to attend.
