If you are looking for customized engraved plaques, there are a number of places you can try.  As an example, there are stores that specialize in engraving these items, as well as victory cups and other similar items.  You can also look on the internet for shops or engravers that are willing to ship items to customers.  Depending on your needs, you may even want to try purchasing some wood and try engraving decorative wall plaques on your own.   Typcially, Dremel rotary tools work well for this purpose.
