Is Diet Health Food Too Limiting?
Many people want to eat healthier, but they are afraid if they switch to diet health food they will not have that many choices and they soon will become bored with their meals. This is simply a misunderstanding. Often times the case is they simply haven’t familiarized themselves with their options.
I remember when I first started eating healthier I started experimenting with a variety of different vegetables I had never even tried before. What I found is that the variety of my foods actually increased when I began to eat healthier, because I became more conscious of what I was eating.
