I would really love to get some sort of job in the human resources field. I have been looking at the ads in the help wanted section of the paper, as well as checking out the recruitment websites. However, so far I haven’t seen anything I was qualified for. One of the ads wanted someone who was experienced in Human Resources Metrics. Can anyone tell me what this is and what is involved? I figure it would be a good idea for me to be at least somewhat familiar with this if I want to work in this field. I am planning to go back to school if I can get financial aid.
