I need to find a new way to teach an organizational method to our group. The last thing that I want to do is get a group of motivated people together and bore them with yet another task oriented project that is meant to help them increase their business. I have been looking for an Organizational Culture Ppt that I can spruce up and be more interactive with the group. This way, they all feel like they have a part in the solution and I hopefully increase their desire to become more productive, organized and creative and create ownership of their work.
