Customer Service Begins At Grass-Roots.

Have you ever wondered whatever happened to the saying, the customer is always right? I have… and it seems my experiences grow every day. What has happened to customer service in this country? Has it gone the way of the rotary phone or 8-track tape? My hope is no, but the reality may be yes.

I believe there’s a serious lack of both customer service and customer service training in America. So how do we fix it? That’s a good question. And one I feel must be answered on a grass-roots level. Speak your mind. Tell your friends about your good and bad experiences.This is a good place to start.
