That is why I have found it very useful to use a good workflow diagram software. Drawing up a good workflow diagram can generate many positive changes in your business. For one thing, you'll be able to pinpoint any weak links in the system and cut time accordingly. For another,your employees  tend to be a lot happier as administrative busywork is reduced and in some cases eliminated. There are studies that show happy employees tend to be more productive than unhappy ones. I have found this to be true.
