Seriously Doubt
I doubt if my old company that I worked for had a business process in place when I started, or when I left, for that matter. We were all over the board when it came to projects, deadlines, or even knowing which department was to handle which account. Not until a stressed out manager would get on the backs of the employees did we get dealt a proper account of where each project was suppose to go or who was suppose to be responsible for it. What a scattered company it was and it could so easily try to work out a process and get organized.
