It is pretty obvious that everyone enjoys being thanked for the hard work and contributions they provide to their organization. Some of the more successful companies try to recognize employees on a regular basis. In fact, it is not unreasonable ach month to recognize one of your own employees for outstanding contributions. Employee recognition is sometimes a tricky thing to deal with for managers. Having the right amount of employee recognition all depends on the actual employee that is to be recognized.
