I have been running my own business for 5 years now. It started off small and it's had it's ups and downs like all businesses. But I have learned enough to know a thing or two about running costs. I have a friend who is thinking about taking his part-time business to the next level but this requires finding some commercial rental space. I gave him a few pointers and he is just about to sign a lease. He said it is one of the scariest and most exciting times of his life which made me remember how I felt the first time.
