A couple of weeks ago, I was very upset about something this product that I had bought from a store in the city.  I went on their website to write up a complaint, and I found that they had a very sophisticated help desk software system, and there were plenty of places for me to vent my frustration.  I decided that I would call them, and in the matter of time that I spoke with a customer service rep, they helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with the product that I had bought.  I was very happy that they were so customer friendly.
