I have been following a number of upstart video game companies, however most have seemingly been idle while it seems like Onlive is actually making progress.  The Onlive beta program started a few weeks ago, and from what I can tell in the early going is that the tests have been very successful.  When will we actually see for ourselves how well the new system works?  That is entirely up to the people behind the Onlive company.  I will guess we will at least see some sort of gaming system released by the end of 2010.  If it’s later than that the other companies could catch up.
