With so much more tourist traffic now coming into Rotorua, I have noticed quite a lot of new businesses starting up. A new car rental company has just opened their doors and it looks like they are setting off with a big fleet. It’s quite crazy really, just in the last three months I have seen two new cafes, a restaurant and two clothing stores open up. This might not sound like a lot, but in a town that is reasonably small, it is quite a big deal. Not only are there new places, but many companies are taking on more staff to keep up with the growth.
