Physical Activities plays an important part of our daily lives. The ideal way to save human race is by having a physical activity. We need it for survival. Especially nowadays that obesity is very much common problem wherein a lot of people are indeed worried because of their lifestyle. They are the one who are responsible to control them. One of the famous complications is diabetes, wherein the best way to that we can do is to prevent this by controlling our diet and most importantly by doing physical activity that will make our body improve its circulation, with this it will surely help us to survive. Obesity is a problem everywhere and because of that the government itself couldn’t control it, so by doing such thing like having physical activities then we can prevent the spread of it.
