Losing the fat with exercise
I get exercise on a regular basis, but I cannot seem to lose weight no matter what I try. Why is this happening to me? What has really changed about my life and my body, and my mind for that matter to cause such an adverse reaction? When I got to 50 pounds overweight, I remember thinking that I could do it, I can get back to my old size I had been for so many years, but now ballooning to 70 pounds overweight my faith is lacking. Some new fat loss exercises may just do the trick. I might want to change my diet at first too.
